Suppose you have a server hosting a few Gigs of files and if your user download directly from your server it will increase the load on your server and the server wouldn't able to serve other users request. SO the best way to host files is make a torrent of them and provide the torrent to users to download the file. Hence, provide torrents redirects the downloaders traffic to P2P network and keep your server under bandwidth.
1. Make sure you have files uploaded on the server which provides direct downloading of files. (Most hosting sites provides a downloading page which needs human verification before starting the download. Now this creates problem as the file is not directly accessible.)
2. Go to http://burnbit.com/ (This is the site which provides direct seeding of torrents.)
3. Paste the download link of your file and Burn it, It will take a few seconds depending on file size and our file is now a torrent.
4. In beginning it has only 1 seed (Don't worry about the download speed to users) just share, with time seeders will increase as users download your file and soon it will get a good number of seeders and also the speed will get up.
